Our People

At Wiedmayer Janitorial, the safety for our employees and customers is always placed first.

All Wiedmayer + Co. professionals are well-trained and provided with the tools necessary to be successful and efficient in the work place. Our employees complete an in-house training program in safety and operational procedures as well as being required to participate in an on-site training program at one of our larger facilities.

Wiedmayer Janitorial employees always work in uniform, have a picture ID and emergency phone numbers on their person. Our employees must pass rigorous background checks for any State and Federal criminal activity as well as for possible illegal drug use. Background checks are administered by the Department of Homeland Security and other third parties.

Wiedmayer Janitorial is bonded and insured. Certificates are always available.
