Wiedmayer + Co. Commercial Real Estate’s first step is developing an annual budget projecting the property cash flow, operating income and expenses for each property. The in-house account staff of Wiedmayer + Co. records monthly income and expenses for each property. A monthly financial summary is prepared and delivered to each owner describing their property’s financial transactions during the month. These monthly reports compare the month’s actual transactions against the amounts budgeted in that particular period. Any variances in these amounts will be explained in detail in the monthly financial summary along with a detailed rent roll, balance sheet, and aging report.
